Mentorship Agreement – J. H. Moncrieff

1. Nature of Services
   Mentorship is focused on personal and professional growth. It is not therapy or medical care, and specific outcomes are not promised. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.
2. Confidentiality
   Everything you share in sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is legally required or needed to prevent harm.
3. Payment & Refunds
   Fees are due in advance. Prepaid sessions are refundable only if the mentee and J.H. Moncrieff have agreed to end the mentorship at least 24 hours before the sessions.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
   Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice are considered used.
5. Responsibility & Liability
   You are responsible for your choices and actions. J.H. is not liable for outcomes resulting from the mentorship.
6. Changes
   These terms may be updated with seven days’ notice. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
